Moon Acre Farm is nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains in Mount Holly, VT. Farmer Heather creates herbal health products, needle-felted animal totems, and nature inspired art to bring the beauty of the wilds into your home. All herbs are grown without chemicals, or are sustainably harvested from the wilds.
