| Karen’s Artisan Popcorn is all about sharing scrumptious popcorn joy! It starts with organic kernel varieties I carefully select and mix, in just the right ratios, from local farmers and suppliers: nutty red popcorn, crunchy blue popcorn, tender white popcorn and buttery yellow popcorn. Then, as my popcorn is truly small-batch, I hand kettle-cook just eighty cups of popcorn at a time in my trusty twenty six quart pot. My yummy formula, plus a curated kernel mix, crafts a natural buttery flavor and wonderful popped crunch in each batch of savory, kettle-corn and caramel flavors. You really won’t believe I don’t use butter! I creatively mingle the popcorn with indulgent and organic ingredients to shape each of my twenty (and counting!) artisan flavors. From savory flavors like my original, Herbaceous Blend, to my more boutique flavors like Vanilla Cardamom or my Maple Bourbon Caramel Corn, all flavors are made with artisan love and care. I thoughtfully package each flavor in zip top bags that are also heat-sealed and stay yummy for an amazing 9 weeks! For my DIY popcorn supply products they stay yummy for over a year. To top it off, every product is naturally organic, whole-grain, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free! | |
