The shows are scheduled for the second SUNDAYS in November and December at the Franklin Conference Center at the Howe Center in Rutland, VT. Vendor set up begins no earlier than 7am. The event is open from 9am-4pm.
Vendors need to provide their own tables.
Please complete this application in its entirety. By applying and submitting your application for vending, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Special Shows Rules and Regulations and you agree to abide by them.
Cancellations one month prior to the show will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations two weeks or less from the show, there will be no refunds.
APPLICATION DEADLINE for returning vendors with spot requests: September 1st, 2023.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: October 1st, 2023.
RETURNING VENDORS: Please include your show fees with your application. If you have special requests regarding your spot be sure to include them in your application. The show manager will contact you to confirm.
NEW VENDORS: **The timeliness of your application is essential** Open spots will be available in the order in which your application is received. The show manager will contact you after September 1st to confirm your acceptance in the show and available spots. Payment will be due immediately upon your acceptance in the show.
