Thank you for your interest in our 2021 Special Shows-Holiday Craft Fairs. The application is now live!
The shows are scheduled for the second Saturdays in November and December from 9am-4pm at the Holiday Inn in Rutland, VT. Vendor set up begins no earlier than 7am.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to spacing requirements and COVID restrictions, vendor booths will be more spaced out this year than in previous years. This will somewhat affect the layout of the booths and will also affect the availability of open booths for new vendors.

Please complete this application in its entirety. By applying and submitting your application for vending, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Special Shows Rules and Regulations and you agree to abide by them.
Cancellations one month prior to the show will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations two weeks or less from the show, there will be no refunds.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: September 3rd, 2021.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: October 1st, 2021.
RETURNING VENDORS: Please include your show fees with your application. If you have special requests regarding your spot be sure to include them in your application. The show manager will contact you to confirm.
NEW VENDORS: **The timeliness of your application is essential** Open spots will be available in the order in which your application is received. The show manager will contact you after September 1st to confirm your acceptance in the show and available spots. Payment will be due immediately upon your acceptance in the show.
