With over 25 years of combined experience we are first generation farmers in the lush Champlain Valley of Vermont
We operate our own small diversified dairy with an emphasis on animal welfare, land stewardship and fine quality farm fresh foods.
We own a 20 acre homestead in Orwell, Vermont producing pasture roasting chickens. We also lease 10 acres of our neighbor’s land for hay production.
We lease a dairy barn and 30 acres of pasture in Whiting, Vermont where our small herd of predominantly Ayrshire cows live. Their high quality raw milk is sold to a local artisan cheese producer and directly to our customers. Excess milk is used to grow the bulls born on the farm to produce truly excellent and humane veal.
