Split Spirits makes sustainable spirits with a sense of place from local ingredients at the country’s first climate neutral certified distillery in Middlebury. Split Spirits is proud to use local ingredients (see list below). Furthermore, we do everything in-house at our solar powered, climate neutral certified distillery from grinding the local grain to fermenting, distilling and barrel aging. This intense focus on producing craft spirits from scratch ensures our whiskey, gin and other delicious beverages are made with care and quality and have lots of local character.
